I have acquired a high level of concentration and diligence which has helped me achieve a strong academic record at Valley Stream Central High School, reflecting my commitment to succeed. Rigorous courses such as the college level accounting course and business management have provided me with a vast amount of knowledge in the field of business. In addition, learning Chinese and Spanish has greatly expanded my knowledge of cultures and languages. This will surely be an asset to a corporation with international interests.
Through my many leadership positions for school clubs and activities, I have developed a sense of responsibility, interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to teamwork. As the founder and President of both the Christian Seekers Club and Invisible Children, I have successfully brought together groups of peers with the same interests, faith, and cause. I am also the Vice President of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, Secretary of the Future Business Leaders of America, and I have received high honors in music. With my background in leadership, business and music, I am confident that I can make a profound contribution to Merit Corporation.
