Here is a story about Consistency.
I also met you in seventh grade, but the way we met was pretty funny, in the way that it was so random – this was truly an act of God.
We were on the bus to go to the All County music festival at the time, and you sat next to me saying that you knew so much about me already! Because of this one instance, our friendship has blossomed ever since.
I name you, Consistency, because of the fact that as time passes and continues on, I could say firmly that every year as we both mature, our relationship gets better and better.
Our friendship is consistent. You are a constant factor in my life. For that, I will never be able to give you back as much as you have given me.
Like Joy, your personal relationship with Christ is yet another miraculous story. I am in awe of how God has placed you both in my life at the same time. Together, we all can conquer the world, one step a time.
You have become so much more beautiful and wise throughout the years (not to say that you weren’t before). There’s something about you that glows, now that you’ve fully accepted God as your Savior.
Thank you for always lending an ear to me and thank you for always caring for me and for always loving me through thick and thin. Thank you for loving me through my highs and lows. Thank you for your prayer.
I don’t know how I could ever repay you for all the time you’ve invested in me through these years. But I will try. Again, thank you for being in my life.
